The formal charge behind the 2021 sentence is stated in no source located. No court document has been published. No PRC official or state-media record of the case was found. The family-history details rest entirely on the Minghui account. The two sources differ slightly on the sentencing date (CHRD: late December 2021; Minghui: “2022”) — both are reported as the sources state, without resolution. No second independent news account of the trial beyond Minghui and the monitoring databases was found. No custody evidence dated after 2023 was located. No consular dimension (domestic case).
