She is the advocate in that story, not the detainee. Wrong person — recorded here as do-not-merge evidence; this item is NOT about the Jinzhou detainee and must not be attached to her.
Identity note
The roster’s romanized “Gao Xia” previously had no verified Chinese characters; the CHRD record and the Minghui report now fix the characters as 高侠. The eight-anchor match between the two sources (name, sex, birth month, district, affiliation, arrest date, detaining agency, facility, sentence) identifies one person.
Gaps and contradictions
- The charge and the court are not documented in any public source reviewed.
- No English-language coverage of the sentencing beyond the practitioner-network outlet was found; no official-source (court, government, state-media) record was found.
- No additional independent media items beyond the single Minghui report and the CHRD record were located.
- The Japan-based namesake is explicitly excluded above.
