- December 2, 18, and 23, 2024: three trials of the five-person group (He, Fu, Lan Qingzhong, Hu Xiuli, Tian Pengfei) at the Shuangta District Court, Chaoyang, per Minghui’s May 10, 2025 report.
- January 22, 2025: a fourth trial at the Shuangta District Court following a “supplementary prosecution,” per the same report.
- April 23, 2025: the court notifies families that the trial is suspended without a judgment, per the same report.
- After April 2025: CHRD reports both He and Fu were sentenced to three years, with He’s term to May 10, 2027. The charge and detention facility are not documented in available sources.
- August 31, 2026: the 维权网 monthly report lists 贺洪军 among in-custody prisoners sentenced to three years.

Source verification and limitations
The Minghui report was opened and read in full; the CHRD record was confirmed through a live database query. The reported three-year sentence rests on the CHRD record alone; the Minghui report covers only events through April 2025, when it says the trial was suspended without judgment. Proceedings between the suspension and the reported sentence are not publicly documented. The formal charge and detention location are unknown. No non–Falun Gong-affiliated source for this case was found in this pass.
