被羁押五年：自由中国运动向邹幸彤的勇气致敬并呼吁立即释放她
2026年9月8日 — 在香港大律师、人权捍卫者邹幸彤被捕五周年之际，自由中国运动向她的勇气、牺牲，以及对历史真相、和平民主倡议和他人权利的长期坚持致敬。 邹幸彤于2021年9月8日被捕，其后与香港市民支援爱国民主运动联合会其他前领导人一同被控触犯《国家安全法》下的“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”。2026年8月21日，香港高等法院裁定邹幸彤和李卓人罪名成立，目前仍待判刑。 数十年来，香港支联会组织年度烛光晚会，纪念1989年六四镇压的遇难者。邹幸彤长期参与维护劳工权利、帮助因和平政治活动受到打压的人，并坚持六四记忆不应被抹去。 五年的羁押无法抹去这些工作的意义，反而凸显了在压制环境中坚持言论自由、和平集会、历史记忆和民主参与所需付出的个人代价。 我们的呼吁 自由中国运动要求香港当局立即释放邹幸彤，撤销因和平表达和集会而产生的定罪，并停止利用国家安全法律惩罚非暴力纪念和民主倡议。 我们同时呼吁民主国家政府、人权机构、法律界组织和全球公民社会继续公开提出邹幸彤案件，并坚持六四和平纪念和民主改革倡议属于基本权利的正当行使。 人权观察已要求撤销2026年8月相关定罪。国际特赦组织将邹幸彤和李卓人认定为良心犯，并要求立即无条件释放。 来源 Human Rights Watch Amnesty International Front Line Defenders
