Person profile: Feng Guoqing (冯国清)
This archive collects media and documentary records concerning Feng Guoqing (冯国清), a Falun Gong practitioner from Yichun, Heilongjiang, whose persecution has been documented by Falun Gong-affiliated outlets across more than two decades.
### July 12, 2025 — “Tortured and Force-Fed in Custody, Heilongjiang Man Sentenced to Six Years for Practicing Falun Gong” (Minghui.org)
The most complete single account of Feng’s 2024–2025 case. Reports his arrest on December 4, 2024 by Jinlin District police in Yichun, home raids, confiscation of over 200,000 yuan, interrogation and torture ordered by police chief Xie Xueyi and 610 Office head Zhou Cheng, a 40-plus-day hunger strike, forced feeding, kidney failure, indictment via the Nancha County Procuratorate, trial on June 20, 2025 at the Nancha County Court (held in the Yimei District courtroom), a six-year sentence and 10,000-yuan fine communicated to his lawyer on July 5, expropriation of the cash, and detention at the Yichun City Detention Center pending appeal. Also carries the full “Past Persecution” section: arrests in 2000, the April 10, 2002 arrest and torture, the four-year prison term (Xianglan Prison from December 6, 2002; Jiamusi Prison from January 14, 2003), release in 2006, divorce, and dismissal by the Jinshantun Forest Survey and Design Team.

### April 13, 2025 — “Heilongjiang Man Tortured and Force-Fed While Detained for Practicing Falun Gong” (Minghui.org)
Earlier report on the same case, published before the trial. Documents the December 4, 2024 arrest, the torture and force-feeding, the kidney failure, and the same past-persecution history. Includes a link to the related Chinese-language article “黑龙江省伊春市冯国清遭受酷刑迫害经历” (www.minghui.org), which confirms the Chinese characters 冯国清.

### June 22, 2025 (updated Sept. 28, 2025) — 追查黑龙江省伊春市迫害法轮功学员冯国清的责任人的通告 (World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong)
Case-tracking notice that corroborates the Minghui account point for point — the December 4, 2024 arrest, the home raid and cash seizure, the torture, the transfer from Jinlin police to the Nancha County Procuratorate and Court, the June 20, 2025 trial, the six-year sentence and 10,000-yuan fine, and the earlier four-year prison term with dismissal from the Jinlin Forest Survey and Design Team. Additionally names the responsible officials and institutions (party secretaries, 610 officials, police, procuratorate and court personnel) and reports that the Yichun Intermediate Court dismissed Feng’s appeal, upholding the sentence. The document is advocacy material with legalistic framing; treat its characterizations as source-attributed.

### February 24, 2004 — “Eye Witness Story: Yichun City Police Officers Violently Torture Dafa Practitioners” (Minghui.org)
Early report on Feng’s 2002 persecution: his April 10, 2002 arrest at his Jinshantun home, torture by named officers, and the resulting prison term (he was held at Jiamusi Prison). Corroborates the “Past Persecution” section of the 2025 articles and links the 2002 case to the same Yichun practitioner.

### Evidentiary limitations
All four records come from Falun Gong-affiliated sources. No official judgment, court announcement, or independent media report on Feng’s trial has been found. The account should be read as documented testimony by these outlets, not as independently verified judicial fact. The appeal outcome (dismissed) rests on the WOIPFG notice alone, updated after the Minghui sentencing report, which only stated that he awaited the appeal result.
