Fu Hong (付鸿) — Media Profile & Archive

Media Profile & Archive — Fu Hong (付鸿). This archive preserves the source basis, identification, and evidentiary limits behind the Fu Hong (付鸿) Person Profile.

Identification

The identity is supported by consistent reporting across five Minghui reports: name Fu Hong, female, 57, Qinhuangdao City, Coal Inspection Center employee, with a continuous reported history from earlier detention through the November 20, 2024 train-station arrest, August 21, 2025 trial, late-October 2025 five-year sentence, upheld appeal, and reported December 16, 2025 admission to Hebei Province Women’s Prison. The Chinese characters 付鸿 appear in the Chinese-language Minghui report title for the same case. A different Fu Hong (傅红) of Qingdao City reported in 2012 is excluded as a separate person.

Evidentiary limits

The available case reporting is largely a single Minghui evidence lineage rather than independent corroboration. The exact sentencing date, formal charge as written in the judgment, exact appeal ruling date, and current health and conditions are not established by the available package. The Chinese characters 付鸿 are probable from the Chinese-language Minghui report but are not verified from an official document.
