The anchors agree: male, late forties, originally from Shouguang, veteran, former Juneng Thermal Power Plant employee, later in Dongying; arrested November 29, 2023; co-defendants Du Jianxin and Wang Fan; four Dongying District Court hearings; sentenced May 26, 2025 to three years and six months; appeal reportedly rejected; transfer to Shandong Prison reported after October 20, 2025. The Chinese name 付健 is supported by the WOIPFG file and Chinese-language Minghui material.

- November 29, 2023: Arrested during a coordinated Dongying-area police sweep and taken to Dongying City Detention Center. Minghui, citing an insider, reports prior surveillance.
- July 3, 2024: First Dongying District Court hearing.
- October 16 and 21, 2024: Second and third hearings; defense challenges prosecution evidence, according to Minghui.
- May 19, 2025: Fourth hearing.
- May 26, 2025: Sentenced to three years and six months; appeal filed.
- After October 20, 2025: WOIPFG’s January 4, 2026 update reports that the appeal was rejected and Fu was transferred to Shandong Prison.
Earlier history
Minghui reports that Fu was arrested in April 2013, held at a brainwashing center, restrained in a metal chair, later went into hiding, and eventually moved to Dongying. These allegations come from the cited source and are not independently corroborated.
