- September 10, 2021: sentenced to two years plus a 3,000-yuan fine; the appeal is upheld; transferred to the Hebei Women’s Prison on February 17, 2022 (Minghui library).
- September 2, 2022: released from the Hebei Women’s Prison (CHRD).
- July 17, 2023: re-detained at her mother-in-law’s home in Nangong by the Nangong political-security division; homes searched; held at the Xingtai No. 1 detention center; formally arrested on August 24, 2023 (CHRD; Minghui library).
- September 2024: tried by the Ningjin County Court (Minghui library).
- October 2024: sentenced to four years by the Ningjin County Court (CHRD; Minghui library).
- November 2024: Xingtai Intermediate Court upholds the sentence (Minghui library).
- February 19, 2025: transferred to the Hebei Women’s Prison (Minghui library).
- August 31, 2026: the 维权网 monthly report lists 胡辉 among in-custody prisoners sentenced to four years.

The formal charges in both cases are not documented in the available sources (the CHRD record lists the charge as unknown; the library page reports the case but not a charge). Characterizations of the proceedings are those of the cited outlets and are kept attributed. One Minghui article title (“曾陷三年冤狱又遭诬判四年”) appears to describe a prior three-year imprisonment, while the detailed record documents the 2021 two-year sentence — this inconsistency is unresolved; the dated sentence sequence above follows the detailed record.
