Liu Furui (刘福瑞) is a farmer and Falun Gong practitioner from Zhancaitun Village, Changcun Town, Huixian City, Henan Province. Born in 1962, she was detained in September 2024 and sentenced by the Huixian City Court to three years in prison in connection with her religious practice.
