Minghui reports that Liu was arrested while distributing informational materials and that police seized Falun Gong books, a founder’s photo, computers, printers, discs, and cash. She was reportedly taken to Xinyang City No. 1 Detention Center on June 15.

Minghui’s December 14 report states that Liu’s family learned on November 25 that she had been sentenced to nine years and fined 20,000 yuan.

Rights Defense Network Issue 131 lists 刘玲 in the nine-year-sentence group.
