This archive preserves the source record behind the Liu Xueyun 刘雪云 profile: the reporting on the June 2025 detentions in the Shenyang Sai Er Te house-church case, the September 2025 re-detentions, the prosecution’s April 2026 sentencing recommendations naming 刘雪云, and her listing as detained without sentencing in Liaoning as of August 2026, with provenance and limitations noted. Sources are graded; allegations remain attributed rather than stated as fact.
ChinaAid — “Pretrial Conference Approaches in Shenyang ‘Sai Er Te Case’…” (April 4, 2026)
(ChinaAid, opened and read in full: https://chinaaid.org/news/pretrial-conference-approaches-in-shenyang-sai-er-te-case-as-pastor-and-members-face-heavy-sentencing-recommendations/) Names “Liu Xueyun (刘雪云)” explicitly: on June 28, 2025, Pastor Qu Hongbo (曲洪波), Shao Huaxuan (邵华煊), Wang Xiangchao (王相超), and Liu Xueyun (刘雪云) of the Shenyang Sai Er Te Fellowship were detained and formally charged with “organizing and using a cult organization to undermine the implementation of the law.” Reports the prosecution’s sentencing recommendations — three years and a 30,000-yuan fine each for Shao, Wang, and Liu Xueyun; four and a half years and a 50,000-yuan fine for Pastor Qu — ahead of an April 7, 2026 pretrial conference, and a public appeal by four family members on procedural fairness, witness protection, defense rights, and humanitarian consideration. Source grade: international religious-freedom monitor; primary identity + recommendation record; attributed.
ChinaAid — “China Cracks Down Again on A House Church in Shenyang…” (October 23, 2025)
(ChinaAid, opened and read in full: https://chinaaid.org/news/china-cracks-down-again-on-a-house-church-in-shenyang-pastor-and-his-spouse-and-several-members-of-sai-er-te-fellowship-falsely-accused-of-cult-crimes/) Reports the case history: first round of arrests June 29, 2025 — five Christians (Pastor Qu/Mingdao, Wang Xiangchao, Shao Huaxuan, “Sister Liu,” “Sister Gu”) detained and subjected to prolonged interrogation and reported torture; four released on bail end of July after lawyers intervened; second round September 26–29, 2025 re-detaining Wang, Shao, Sister Liu, and Sister Gu under “cult” charges; September 30 raid taking Pastor Mingdao’s wife Hua Zhao; six held at Kangping County Detention Center; three Christians from other provinces also detained in the same case. The “Sister Liu” in this report occupies the same case role as the 刘雪云 named in the April 2026 report. Source grade: international religious-freedom monitor; primary case narrative; torture accounts attributed to church/family, not independently verified.

HRWF bimonthly digest, April 1–16, 2026
Republishes ChinaAid’s April 4, 2026 Sai Er Te item naming Pastor Qu Hongbo, Shao Huaxuan, Wang Xiangchao, and Liu Xueyun. Same reporting lineage as the ChinaAid item above — digest republication, not independent confirmation.
Source conflicts and limitations
The June 28 vs June 29, 2025 detention dates differ by one day between ChinaAid’s April 2026 and October 2025 reports; both place the detentions in late June 2025 and the discrepancy is not material to Liu Xueyun’s identity. No primary court record, official procedural record, international-media account, or recognized-NGO coverage beyond the outlets above has been located; no PRC official source was found for this case. The roster gives no cause detail beyond province and custody status; the fellowship membership and full case history are ChinaAid-reported and attributed accordingly. Post-April-2026 outcome and exact facility after that point are undocumented.
