Evidentiary limitations

The sentencing court is attributed to the Kuancheng District Court by the Minghui report and to the Jingyue District Court by the PoC record; the sentence length, dates and custody location agree across sources. The specific charge is not stated in either case record. No official court document or state-media report on this case could be located by name.
