This archive preserves the sourced reporting on the case of Wu Wenzhang (吴文章), a Falun Gong practitioner from Qinhuangdao, Hebei, listed in the August 31, 2026 custody roster in the eleven-year-sentence cohort. His case was prosecuted together with the cases of Zuo Hongtao (左洪涛), Liu Changfu (刘长富), Li Guo’ai (李国爱), and others in the 2017 Qinhuangdao “Jiahe Agency” detentions.

- June 9, 2017 — Wu Wenzhang detained in the afternoon at the “Jiahe Agency” (佳合中介), a real-estate office in Shanhaiguan, Qinhuangdao, run by Zuo Hongtao and his wife Cui Qiurong, by officers of the Shanhaiguan Public Security Bureau’s criminal-investigation and domestic-security units and the Nanguan police station; also detained: Zuo Hongtao, Yuan Sujing (袁素静), Yang Xiaoyong (杨晓勇), Li Guo’ai (李国爱), and Cui Qiurong; the office was searched and funds seized. Chronology note
The CHRD database cites November 16–17, 2017 trial dates, while the Minghui library record places the substantive trial sessions in October and November 2018, with sentencing in January 2019. Both sources agree on the June 9, 2017 detentions, the Changli County Court venue, the co-defendants, and the 11-year sentence. The record is preserved here as reported; no official docket has been located to reconcile the dates.

No official court judgment, charge sheet, or PRC state-media record for this case has been located; the charge remains unidentified. The August 2026 roster placement is attributed to the reporting organization, which describes its list as incomplete.
