June 30, 2024 — World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG): 追查湖南省怀化市迫害法轮功学员尹秋阳、姜常仙、吴芳名的责任人的通告. The notice states that Yin Qiuyang (female, 75), Jiang Changxian (59), and Wu Fangming (60), all of Hecheng District, Huaihua, were seized between September and October 2023 by domestic-security officers and police from the Yingfeng, Hexi, and Chengnan stations, and held at the Huaihua City detention center. It further states that the Hecheng District procuratorate approved the arrests, the Zhijiang County procuratorate indicted the three, and the Zhijiang County court tried them: Yin’s trial on April 12, 2024 (family barred from observing; defense challenged procedure; adjourned), Wu Fangming’s first hearing March 18, 2024, and Jiang Changxian’s hearing April 8, 2024.
