Yu Baiqing （于柏青）, male, is a Falun Gong practitioner originally from Tie Feng District, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, later resident in Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province. The Chinese form of his name is confirmed by positional alignment between the English and Chinese editions of the 2026 practitioner-imprisonment tally (see Media records) and is used independently by the CHRD Prisoners of Conscience database and Minghui’s 2022 case report.

Serving an eight-year sentence imposed April 15, 2022, by the Huangdao District Court, Qingdao; term runs to June 1, 2029. No release reported. Exact detention facility unconfirmed.
