Evidence Policy

Archive entries will clearly label verified facts, participant recollections, contemporary reports, later interpretations, disputed attribution, and unresolved conflicts. Original files will be preserved alongside normalized research copies.

Searchable indexes, source links, summaries, and citation-ready records will be added in phases.
