This memorial preserves the names and documented stories of people killed during suppression, judicially executed, deceased in custody, or lost following documented denial of medical care, while separately honoring movement contributors who later died.

The archive will not attribute a death to state action without adequate evidence. Disputed identity, date or cause remains clearly labeled or withheld.
